AboutYou - Crowdshopping

Together with AboutYou we have developed and realized a concept to draw attention to the website www.crowdshopping.de. The idea behind the platform is that customers are shopping on www.aboutyou.de and enter a voucher code from Crowdshopping. This voucher code gives the buyer a discount and AboutYou donates 10% of the total price to the account of the Crowdshopping campaign. The initiator - in this case a cheerleading team - distributes the discount code himself and advertises his own cause.

For the film project we accompanied the Hamburg Tower Dance Team. A few months before we shot the film, the team qualified for the world championship in Orlando. It was an exciting time to accompany the team and to document it on film. Thanks to the successful Crowdshopping campaign, the team was able to fly to Orlando after the filming was finished and reached the seventh place at the World Championships.
